As for any and all who may celebrate this time of season, know that I hope you have a great deal of fun with the festivities. With the way things have been all over internet, the country, and the world lately, I fully understand that having any kind of good time is a lot easier said than done. Regardless of the circumstances, even if tomorrow marks just another Friday on the calendar for you, at least try to have the best damn Friday of the year if you can!
In spite of the insanely unseasonable warmth that we're getting up here in Maryland this year, I'm doing all I can to stay in the holiday spirit. I'm going to be taking some more days off work to spend time with my family and friends. Christmas and New Year's has always been a time of gathering for my ilk, and this turn about will be no different. I know I'm going to be getting some drink on, along with some much neglected videogaming. I've got a brand-new copy of Xenoblade Chronicles X (for the WiiU) that's been staring at me since Black Friday last month, and I owe it to myself to start up a game file and just binge out. That's not even counting the 3DS games I've got on my shelf that I've yet to run through. A second viewing of Star Wars: The Force Awakens is also on my docket, so keep an eye out for my full-on review of the latest installment in the very near future. I know I've also got some potentially cool presents coming down the pipe to me as well, so we'll see what my circle has conjured up to placate me this year.
If anything else, stay safe everyone, and enjoy the new toys perched under your trees.
